Criteria for Qualification to Receive the Cameron Impact Scholarship

Candidates must satisfy all of the standards listed below in order to be considered for the Cameron Impact Scholarship, which are as follows:

Countries That Are Eligible: A Citizen Or Permanent Resident Of The United States Of America
Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) in their high school courses that is comparable to 3.7 on a scale of 4.0 or higher;

Be a member of the high school graduating class of 2022 and have the intention of enrolling in a degree-granting program at a recognized four-year college or university in the United States on a full-time basis for the entire academic year that immediately follows high school graduation;
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have excelled in extracurricular activities, are self-motivated leaders with a solid work ethic, have actively participated in community service and/or civic-minded sectors, and have a good work ethic.

How to Fill Out an Application for the Cameron Impact Scholarship

In order to submit your application for the Cameron Impact Scholarship, kindly follow these instructions:
Visit the official website if you want to apply.
Please ensure that you have submitted the following three components before the Application Deadline:
Submission of Applications Online;
Two letters of recommendation are required to be submitted; and
Transcript verifying academic performance.

The Initial Online Application can be submitted in one of two ways, as follows:

The deadline for early applications for the Class of 2023 is May 20, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) (NOON)
The deadline for regular applications to join the Class of 2023 is September 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (NOON)

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and then examined as they come in. Please take note that the Foundation will only consider 3,000 applications for the Class of 2022 scholarship program. This restriction has been put in place due to the high volume of requests. If and when this limit is about to be reached, we will make a mention of it on both our website and our various social media pages.

A total of one hundred (100) Finalists will be chosen by the Selection Committee to participate in in-person interviews during the fall of 2022. These interviews will normally take place at the high school where the applicant currently attends. In the month of December in the year 2022, the Cameron Impact Scholarship winners will be disclosed.

Winners of the Cameron Impact Scholarship are obligated to participate in the Cameron Impact Scholars Award Ceremony and Summit each year for the whole period of the scholarship, which is four years.

It is strongly recommended that all applicants submit their applications well in advance of the stated deadline. The Foundation does not take any responsibility for any problems with an applicant's technical submission that may be experienced on the date the application is due for the last time.

You have the option of either uploading your recommendations and transcript directly within the Application when prompted OR emailing them directly to the Foundation at [email protected]. We ask that you limit your submission to just two letters of recommendation.
