Luke Shaw has been declared fit to return to the Manchester United squad for the Premier League visit of Everton.
Shaw missed the midweek Champions League win against Villarreal due to illness and was named in the England squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Hungary this month.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he had 'a decision to make' on Shaw but the 26-year-old reported at The Lowry Hotel with teammates on Friday night.
Marcus Rashford is expected to make his long-awaited return after shoulder surgery against Leicester in two weeks, when Harry Maguire could also be available again after an ankle injury. Amad is also nearing a return from a thigh injury.
"Luke feels better in himself," Solskjaer said. "He's been ill but he's still got the shoulder injury, so we've got to make a decision on him.
"Marcus trained today fully today with contact, and there were a few tackles flying in on him, which was nice to see. Harry and Amad are still out, so we didn't lose anyone on Wednesday night."
United secured their first points in the Champions League this season through Cristiano Ronaldo's 95th-minute winner against Villarreal, ending a run of three defeats in four games.
Despite last week's defeat to Aston Villa, United have taken a respectable 13 points from 18 in the Premier League and are only a point off top spot.
Solskjaer half-joked last month United only started performing in certain games after conceding first but wants his players to start as they finished against Everton.
"We've done that so many times at this club, come back at the end of tight games, difficult games," he added. "We played against a very good team, we dominated possession, played good stuff ourselves but we were too open on the counter-attack, we have to defend better."
United will go top if they beat Everton, for a couple of hours at least, as Chelsea kick-off at 3pm against Southampton at Stamford Bridge. Liverpool host Manchester City on Sunday and either of those sides could head into the October internationals at the summit.
Jesse Lingard was not with the United squad when they arrived at The Lowry as he was celebrating his daughter's third birthday. It is unclear if he will link up with the squad before kick-off.
