Chef Dammy reacts after Guinness World Records rejects her 120-hour cooking marathon.

Chef Damilola Adeparusi, also known as Chef Dammy, has responded to the Guinness World Records' rejection of her 120-Hour Cook-A-Thon.

The chef started cooking in Oye-Ekiti on June 9 with a 120-hour cooking time target.

On Wednesday morning, Adeparusi reached her goal of 120 hours of cooking amid both jubilation and criticism.

Some individuals are uncertain as to whether Adeparusi followed the proper procedure and successfully broke Hilda Baci's record of 93 hours and 11 minutes.

Tuesday, June 13, Legit sent a press inquiry to Guinness World Records in an effort to obtain first-hand information on the situation.

A response from the organization stated that the chef did not request their approval before beginning the cook-A-Thon, as she would have been sent procedures and rules to follow.
