That 2009 Champions League loss to Barcelona should have been penalized by Tom Henning Ovrebo, according to the referee.

Referees rarely come out and admit their mistakes, but I'm sure many football fans would welcome it if they did so more often. However, Ovrebo has confessed that he should have handed Chelsea a penalty back in 2009, despite the fact that it has been ten years since the incident.

Asked by the Daily Mail if he thought Chelsea supporters were correct in claiming four out of five penalties, Ovrebo said, "I don't think so, but I think everyone who knows football and the laws of the game knows there should have been a penalty given."
