Criteria for Eligibility
- Applicants for the Allan Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships must meet the following requirements:
- English is a required language.
- Eligible Nations: You must be a citizen of one of the countries world - wide mentioned on the official website, or have a permanent residence in one of them.
- To study at the University of Sheffield in 2021, you must have an offer for one of the degrees listed above by a certain date.
- For tuition purposes, you must be categorized as an international student.
- To be eligible for this award, you must be self-funded, which means you are not receiving funding from a research council, government, commercial sector, charity, or any other comparable organization.
- This scholarship cannot be combined with any other grant, whether from the University of Sheffield or from outside sources.
- Your attendance mode must be full-time.
- In 2021, you must start your studies at the University of Sheffield. This scholarship is non-transferable.
- The scholarship will only be awarded if you meet all of the conditions related to your offer by the deadline set by the Admissions Service.
- The scholarship will be awarded if you are granted a visa to study at the University in September 2021.

To apply for this scholarship, please follow the steps below:

- Previous qualifications, personal statement, proof of previous degree(s), and two academic references are all required documents to support your application.
- IETLS A total score of 6.5 or higher, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
- If you are a national of, or permanently domiciled in, one of the eligible countries or territories and receive an offer to study one of the eligible courses, you will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
