Scholarships for international students consist of a discount in annual tuition fees of no more than £1,000.
International taught master's degree scholarship with a total value of £1,000.
Criteria for Eligibility for the Winchester International Scholarship
To be eligible for the Winchester International Scholarship, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Language Requirement: English
- All countries in the world are eligible.
- All International (non-EU) candidates studying for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate teaching program at the University are eligible for the International students scholarship.
- Eligible applicants must be applying for full-time undergraduate or taught postgraduate programs. Applicants to ELTSU programs are ineligible, including the International Internship Programme and the Certificate in English for International Students.
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS For undergraduate study:
- IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.0 and a minimum writing score of 5.5.
- TOEFL iBT score of at least 60 overall, with at least 18 in the writing section.
- REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE For postgraduate taught study:
- IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.5 and a minimum writing score of 5.5.
- TOEFL iBT score of 79 overall, with a minimum of 18 in the writing section.
