The University of Birmingham Law School is currently accepting applications for their Birmingham Law School Scholarships, which consist of a variety of financial awards and scholarships designed to support applicants from all over the world who want to become a part of their diverse and vi

We are happy to be able to provide several scholarships ranging from £3,000 to £10,000 per year to help defray the cost of tuition as part of our efforts to ensure that students from all walks of life are able to benefit from the educational opportunities provided by Birmingham Law School.

INFORMATION | Scholarships Available at the University of Birmingham Law School


The following is a list of available law school scholarships for international students who intend to enroll in either a bachelor's degree or a master's degree program in legal studies:

  • Scholarships for International Students Pursuing an LLB or an LLB for Graduates
  • Benussi Bursary (LLB)
  • Scholarship for International Legal Studies Harding (LLM)
  • Master's Degree Scholarship for the College of Arts and Law (LLM)
  • Scholarship provided by the Kalisher Trust (LLM)
  • Scholarships for the MSc in Responsible Data Science
  • Funding for research done by postgraduate students
  • Other alternatives for academic scholarships


The Criteria for Eligibility


Applicants to the University of Birmingham Law School Scholarships are expected to meet the following standards in order to be eligible for the scholarships:

Applicants are required to be students from other countries.
The University of Birmingham requires that applicants have not previously enrolled in any of their programs.
Self-funding is required of all applicants.
Applicants are required to have already received an offer.
Procedures for Making Applications
Instructions for Applying Applicants are required to have completed both of the following in order to be considered for an award:

Submitted an application to the undergraduate legal program that they planned to attend. Please submit your application to the University of Birmingham's undergraduate law degree through UCAS, using the applicable program page located on the University of Birmingham website.
have finished filling out the application for the LLB and LLB for Graduates Scholarship.
The application requires students to attach a statement of between 2000 and 300 words (about 300 characters), in which they discuss the reasons why they should be given an award. Your application would not be considered complete without the inclusion of your UCAS ID number.
The deadline for applications is August 31, 2022.
